How to get started at CrossFit LaGrange

 

CrossFit is designed so it can be universally scaled for anyone who is ready to make a lifestyle change or further their current fitness level. We've used our programming for grandfathers, moms, firefighters and military training for upcoming events, people needing to loose weight for medical reasons and high school athletes looking for that edge.  We scale the load and intensity for each, but we do not change the program.
